Principal Consultant -
Philip Olver,
has substantial housing
experience at strategic and policy making levels. He has over 20 years experience
at Director level in both public and private social housing sectors; he has been a consultant for the
past 8 years working only in the social housing sector. He is an
experienced project manager having successfully delivered complex projects
for a number of organisations.
Housing service responsibilities have been wide-ranging and include housing
management, resident involvement, community development, partnership working
, new-build, modernisation programmes, repair and maintenance, direct labour
organisation, homelessness, housing advice, supporting people and grant aid.
Specialisms include Interim Management, Recruitment Support and Advice, Best
Value, Value for Money and Business Planning.
He was an advisor to the Local
Government Association for many years and has chaired a number of national
committees. He has been a Board Member of two RSLs.
Philip is a
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and
an
Associate of the Chartered Quality Institute.
He has a
Masters Degree in Business Administration.
